Kurb Krafters Refund Policy

At Kurb Krafter, we provide professional curb painting services, which are not eligible for returns due to their custom and service-based nature. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you are pleased with the results.

No Returns for Services:
As curb painting is a personalized service performed on your property, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the service is completed.

Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will review your request and, at our discretion, may offer a full or partial refund if we determine the service did not meet our standards of quality.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Issues arising from factors beyond our control, such as weather, surface conditions, or lack of necessary permissions (e.g., homeowner association or municipal approvals).

  • Failure to report dissatisfaction within the specified timeframe.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hous before the appointment to avoid the $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations may be eligible for a refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
